Baby Brunch Drop In - Tuesdays 9:30 - 11 am

  • Free Lunch! Great topics!
  • Located here at the Centre
  • Child care provided!
  • Intended for parents with children ages infant - 3 years old
  • No other services will be offered while the program is running, unless by appointment.

Beat the Heat Summer Program for Parents and Children -
Every Tuesday from July 15 to Aug 26, 1 to 3 pm

  • Moms and children ages 0-8
  • Admissions Fees, Snacks and Bus Tickets Provided
  • Community Activities
  • Limited Space!!
  • Monday - 10 am to 3 pm
  • Tuesday - 11 am to 3 pm (Baby Brunch 9:30-11 am)
  • Wednesday - closed
  • Thursday - 10 am to 3 pm
  • Friday - closed
  • Other times by appointment

The office will be closed for holidays
June 30 to July 4 and July 28 to Aug 4.

Beginnings serves anyone who requests help with an unplanned pregnancy. We also support partners and family members. Beginnings provides information, material aid, and support to all regardless of race, religion, lifestyle, age, or financial ability. We are respectful of your right to choose and will offer you caring and confidential support without pressure.

Our volunteers are not professional counsellors but are trained to provide support for unplanned pregnancies and related concerns, either for one time or in an ongoing way. Information given is not intended as a substitute for professional counselling.
